
Qualified OCT driver partners select their own loads and determine when they work. You manage your operation while meeting all accepted-load commitments, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

OCT expects safe decision-making, honest communication, proper equipment care, and reliable service. We provide company-owned tractors, transparent settlement information, and occasional dispatch assistance when needed.
• Operate a company-owned tractor.
• Run East Coast dry-van and power-only freight.
• Select and dispatch your own loads.
• Receive occasional dispatch assistance when needed.
• Earn 50% of net linehaul after the expenses defined in your written agreement.
• Review available load and settlement information.
• Control your schedule while honoring accepted loads and all safety requirements.

Applicants must:
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Have at least two years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Have an acceptable motor-vehicle record and safety history.
• Hold a current DOT medical card.
• Be registered and eligible through the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Pass the required pre-employment drug test.
• Be able to operate manual- and automatic-transmission tractors.
• Be legally qualified to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
• Comply with hours-of-service, ELD, safety, and company-equipment requirements.
